Hi folks,

From this issue, we are implementing some changes:

1. For Xi Jinping-related documents, we are including his speeches (where available) or summaries of his remarks (where full speeches are not available). Articles by Xi, which are normally published by the Party journal Qiushi, will also be included.
2. For State Council documents, we are including the State Council Gazette 国务院公报, which you can access for a comprehensive listing of new publically released documents from Chinese state organs.
3. We are including two new categories of documents in the Foreign Ministry section: joint statements and communiques, and Foreign Minister's speeches.
4. A Clarifications section has been added to the bottom of this digest to explain the technical aspects, such as how we cite the date of a document when there are multiple possibilities/ways of doing it.
5. Added subsection headings for clarity.
