Two changes from this issue forward. First, the old Section 7. Central and National Conferences will no longer be there. See my note in Section 7 of the last issue for the rationale.

Depending on whether the organiser/sponsor of the meeting is a Party or state entity, they are either included under subsection 2c or 4g. Where an entity has multiple identities (ie., both Party and State hats), the dominant identity (usually the Party one) will be the relevant one for classification.

Second, a new section has been added for documents from the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council (国务院台湾事务办公室), aka Central Taiwan Work Office (中共中央台湾工作办公室).
